Day 01 - 20th February 2024 (Arrival and Welcome Day)

Morning Activities (8:00 am Onwards)

Arrival & Registration of participants and settling down.

11:00 am - Sub Camp Chiefs’ Meeting

Discuss important matters and coordinate activities at the Sub Camp level.

12:30 pm - Lunch

Enjoy a delicious lunch with fellow participants.

1:30 pm - Contingent Leaders Meeting (Sub Camp Level)

Leaders from each contingent meet at the Sub Camp level to discuss plans and activities.

3:30 pm - Contingent Meetings (Contingent Level)

Individual contingents gather to discuss specific matters and activities.

4:00 pm - Welcome and Rehearsal of Opening Ceremony

Participants rehearse for the opening ceremony and receive instructions for open-air display, Sub Campfires, and cultural shows.

Lowering of flags marks the end of the day's activities.
